San Clemente Fernando is the first building in the San Clemente line. Constructed over a 2-year period and completed in 2022, it has since been home to countless residents.

This residential building features a design that sets it apart from other projects. Inside, it offers 6 levels of studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartments. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen, bathrooms with granite countertops, porcelain tile flooring, aluminum windows, split air conditioning units, LED technology, and a fire alarm system. Additionally, the top level features two independent grills, a covered social area (quincho), and outdoor spaces designed to enjoy the panoramic views the building offers.
